We are in a direct contact with our clients and bring them tailored and personal service

For years, I have dreamed of starting a small business, which would allow me to pass on my experience, teach young people and further develop my own knowledge. As it happens, I kept putting it off: “After I return to the Czech Republic permanently, when the children are grown up, when…” But then there was a turning point, not only in my career, but also in my life. After many years I have decided to leave the corporation. And that was the moment I said to myself: “Why not now?“ On March 31, 2017, I said  goodbye to my office colleagues and on the first of April I joined my newly founded company, HR ONE.

HR ONE is a small company which covers all HR activities. We work in a small team as well in a collaboration with external experts from the field. Nowadays, there are many changes in a field, to which we must flexibly react. This is an extremely interesting time for HR, making our work diverse and fascinating.

In our work with clients, we apply experience and knowledge from corporate world, which I obtained during my over 20 years of working experience as an HR manager in Czech Republic and abroad. However, we thoroughly customize our service for individual needs of companies we work with. This brings us to the part I enjoy the most about our work, which is being in a direct contact with our clients and bringing them tailored and personal service.
